Luisa Alejos is the founder and owner of L.P.A. Law. She established her firm to focus on providing clients with exceptional personal service and support, trustworthy legal advice, and compassionate advocacy, consistent with her dedication to making service a cornerstone of her law practice and life.

With offices in Marietta and Buckhead, Luisa assists clients throughout the State of Georgia with workers’ compensation and personal injury claims. She also provides skillful criminal defense to clients facing misdemeanor charges in Cobb County. Drawing on her extensive legal experience, she provides honest legal counsel and representation with the goal of fully addressing the client’s legal needs and concerns.

Regardless of the type of matter she handles for a client, Luisa establishes a close working relationship with every client. She explains the laws and legal processes that apply to the case, making certain that the client understands all the details. After thoroughly investigating the facts of the case, she works with the client to develop a strategy for moving forward. Luisa always ensures that the client understands all the options before making a decision on how to proceed and agreeing to a plan of action.

From the first meeting or discussion (which is always free of charge), Luisa’s goal is to provide the legal help and support a client needs, in a way that the client can fully understand. She encourages clients to ask questions and raise concerns at every stage of a matter. Luisa always works hard to reach the best possible solution for the client and finds the process of helping clients navigate legal issues to be extremely rewarding. The fact that most clients find Luisa by word-of-mouth or through referrals from other clients or attorneys demonstrates the success of her practice approach.

In addition to her devotion to serving clients, Luisa and her team always set aside time to serve the community in a variety of ways. Whether supporting families or volunteering for animal welfare and pet-related causes, everyone at the firm enjoys their community participation activities tremendously.

Outside the office, Luisa enjoys spending time with her husband, going for regular walks with her mother, and trying out new vegan recipes.
