Patricia Martinez is the firm’s office manager and legal assistant to Luisa. When you call the firm or visit the Marietta office, Patty will probably be the first person you talk with and meet. She is the primary point of contact for all cases at the office and communicates directly with clients to update them or address their concerns via phone, text, or email. Like all L.P.A. Law team members, Patty is bilingual, which puts Spanish-speaking clients immediately at ease in their first contact with the firm.

Patty also handles administrative and paralegal duties relating to criminal defense, workers’ compensation, and personal injury. She oversees court filings and the firm calendar, so she is in constant contact with clients, other law firms, and judge’s offices. In addition, she assists in preparing and drafting documents for Luisa’s review at all stages of a case.

Patty draws on her 24 years of customer service experience in her dedication to assisting clients and providing the highest level of support, consistent with the firm’s overall commitment to exceptional client service. She loves her work at the firm. As a lifelong learner, Patty has thoroughly enjoyed expanding her skill set to include the legal world.

When she’s not in the office, Patty enjoys spending time with her two children and other family members, walking in the park, and dancing.
